Job Description:
Purpose: The Assistant Manager - SAP HCM reviews the Company's internal procedures, mechanisms or policies specifically for this module. Responsible for the analysis, design, configuration & support of the SAP HCM areas to meet the business needs of the company. Working closely with our end-user to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality.
Key responsibilities & Accountability: Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the HCM module.
Provide comprehensive customizing and interfacing support in SAP modules HCM.
Develop business concepts and work with the creation of functional specifications.
Ensure relevant business process mapping and optimization to the SAP logistics modules.
Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype actvities.
Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.
Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
Develops functional specifications and works with BASIS and ABAP personnel resources to compete object development and testing.
   - Education Degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems.
   - Experience: Exposure in SAP HCM configuration with minimum 8 End-to-End Implementations and at least one Support Project.
Exposure to master data upload through LSMW programs and query handling.
Knowledge and experience in SAP HCM, SAP HCM-EC, Recruiting, ESS/MSS.
Hands on experience in configuring and supporting SAP HCM modules with an emphasis on Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management (positive and negative), and payroll its integration.
Some experience in SAP BI.
SAP configuration experience.
Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules.
   - Training:
   - Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Conceptual knowledge in modules such as E-Recruitment, PMS and Talent Management.
Knowledge in Success factor modules are preferable.
Proficient in periodical HR activities after SAP implementation.
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Knowledge of using Solution Manager for managing projects and change management.
