Job Description:
Purpose: The Executive Secretary is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operation and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Key responsibilities & Accountability: Maintains confidential information, handle extensive diary management, travel arrangements, and take minutes of meetings, correspondence and overall administrative functions.
Responsible for scheduling and booking flights for the Chief Commercial Officer.
Responsible for booking a hotel for the Chief Commercial Officer whenever he is out of the country.
Responsible for incoming and outgoing calls, faxes, and e-mails.
Responsible for taking appointments and other work schedules required.
Responds to all correspondence and ensure that all inquiries or issues are attending to in an efficient and timely manner.
Distributes incoming correspondences to the responsible person.
Maintains and safe keeping all important and confidential matters, personnel files and documents.
Performs other duties and functions inherent to the position assigned.
 Qualifications: 
   - Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any other relevant courses.
   - Experience: 3-4 years of experience in the same role with high managerial level.
