Job Description:
Purpose: To adhere with the cGMP principles and maintain them in effective manner. Responsible for the operation, Maintenance/Troubleshooting for Machines and automation systems of process equipment
Key responsibilities & Accountability: • Electronics/Automation Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting of the automated Machines, Systems, processing, filling, inspection and packaging Machines. • Also responsible for the PLC based, SCADA systems, and PC based monitoring and Control systems for Non- Sterile Packaging and Production. • Responsible to assure Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP), cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) being adhered to and followed. • Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the validated Process Control Systems effectively. • Responsible for completing timely Backup / Restore of Software, Archive / Retrieve of Electronic Data under CFR21 part 11 Compliance. • Perform Preventive maintenance and repair activities of Servers, Clients, Drives, Automation stations, and Input / Output cards. Control system Licenses Management. • Ensuring timely closure of breakdown notifications to achieve desired KPI results for overall team performance. • Maintaining and updating Electronics/ Automation related documentation periodically as well as Ensure activity log books, job requests and parts logbooks are maintained and updated. • Ensuring and exploring cost effective alternative available technology options to support and update existing plant automation architecture as required. Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes).
   - Education • Minimum Engineering Bachelor degree in Automation, Electronics, Instrumentation or related field. With 3 years experience.
   - Experience: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pharma Electronics/Automation.
   - Training:
Key Competencies: • Excellent documentation and reporting skills. • Excellent in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English language. • Excellent computer knowledge. • Prepare risk assessments for automated systems • Prepare Change Controls associated with changes to control systems • Able to perform complex assessments for computer systems against current industry compliance requirements.  
Technical Competencies: Good Knowledge of Industrial networking /Software Client/ Server based skills. • Knowledgeable of SIEMENS Simatic PCS7, STEP7, TIA Portal and Knowledge of SHENIDER, ELAU C400 and SERVO motor controllers by using SHENIDER software, knowledge of B&R PLC troubleshooting by using Software. • Experience and Knowledge of HMI software PROFICY HMI/SCADA IFIX, HMI SCADA software Wonderware
