| Job Description: |
| Purpose: |
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible to take orders and deliver food and beverages to the customers. He/she will ensure the quality of food and overall guest experience is excellent. |
| Key responsibilities & Accountability: |
• Prepares tables for meals including the complete set up.
• Performs light food preparation duties including bread, salad preparation, and dessert preparation.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Clears and cleans tables promptly according to proper sanitation standards.
• Completes everyday duty as required including, polishing silverware, cafeteria set up, filling condiments, and cleaning the cafeteria vicinity.
• Provides good customer service and perform other duties assign by the supervisor.

| Qualifications: |

- Education |
• Diploma Holder. |
| |
- Experience: |
• One (1) to two (2) year experience in Hospitality Industry. |
| |
- Training: |
• Certificate on Basic Food Hygiene Training |
| Key Competencies: |
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel) & Internet.
• Have good communication skills.
• Perform general physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate strength including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and able to carry trays filled with dishes and drinks.
