| Job Description: |
| Purpose: |
Specialist – the role holder will be responsible to adhere with cGMP principles, and to maintain them in an effective manner. Perform Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Instrument in QC and R&D across all Julphar. Works in Qualification of instruments and equipment’s in QC (Admin, J-III, J-IV, J-XI, R&D). |
| Key responsibilities & Accountability: |
• The role holder is responsible to adhere with cGMP principles, and to maintain them in an effective manner.
• Responsible for maintaining calibration master plan & calibration of Instrument in QC and R&D across all Julphar.
• Perform Calibration of instrument in QC and R&D across all Julphar.
• Responsible for addition of instruments to SAP.
• Preparation of calibration documents, system operation and Calibration SOPs.
• Perform Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Instrument in QC and R&D across all Julphar.
• Accountable for creating user access for the software related instruments.
• Responsible for Qualification of instruments and equipment’s in QC (Admin, J-III, J-IV, J-XI, R&D).

| Qualifications: |
| |
- Education |
• 4 years Bachelor Degree in Science/ Technology- Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering. |
| |
- Experience: |
• At least 2-4 years’ experience in similar organization in pharma / Health care / Medical Industry.
• Good command in English (communicating, writing and speaking) and Arabic is preferred.
• Good Knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, etc.).
